Repairs of damaged pallets

We are a holder of UIC certificate (International Union of Railways), based on which we can provide you with EUR-pallet repairs.
Only licensed companies can repair EUR-pallets.
Only materials that comply with the UIC standard may be used to repair pallets and thus be sold back to the market.
Based on the certification, it is not possible to carry out pallet repairs at the customer’s premises. These repairs are only carried out at our branch.
We can offer you the following two solutions:
1. We will arrange for the damaged pallets to be transported to our plant within a short time frame, then we will repair the pallets and bring them back to your company so that these can continue to be used. We collect pallets in the smallest possible number of 80 pieces or by mutual agreement.
2. We will buy the damaged pallets from you for an agreed amount and offer you new pallets for sale. This will reduce the time delay in repairing pallets. We will bring you the required number of new pallets and take away the damaged pallets.

This is about the production of atypical pallets, where we will choose the best and most efficient possible solution together with you and define the requirements of how such a pallet should ultimately look like.
These pallets are not manufactured according to clearly defined standards and so, based on our many years of experience, we are able to provide an alternative bespoke solution and design pallets to suit the specific application.
The specific size, design, quality, load capacity, and other aspects related to the manufacture of these pallets are essential for us.
We will deliver a sample of such an atypical pallet for testing, including a price quote, directly to you.
Our packaging solutions include films, strapping tapes, and foams.

We provide EUR-pallet sorting service and buyout of disposable pallets.
We will divide pallets according to type or quality into light, dark, or damaged.
For damaged pallets, the second step is to assess their repairability or non-repairability (according to how many elements or percentages there are).
Once sorting has been completed, we will send you an output report + photos.

We can also offer your company pallet rental.
In this case, your costs are minimised as the pallets are only rented and you do not have to invest in buying new pallets.
You also avoid the costs associated with warehousing of pallets when the purchased pallets are not effectively used at the given moment.
If you need to stock up goods quickly or at short notice, this is the right service for you.
For this type of service, a consultation is required, where it will be important to obtain the necessary information to create a quote, such as the number of pallets we will rent to you, the number of pallets in circulation, the length of the rental, etc.

Pallet management is a system for tracking and managing pallets.
You will provide us with information on the number of pallets that are in circulation between the different actors in the logistics chain and you will pass on all pallet-related issues to us.
This service provides you with a solution if you deliver your products or goods to your clients on premium quality pallets, but it is no longer within your control to oversee whether the same quantity, type, and quality of pallets are returned to you and whether you have been billed correctly.
You leave it to us to take back the pallets from your clients. It is within our competence to bring the pallets to our workplace, properly re-sort them, repair them (in the case of EUR-pallets) and then deliver them back to you to your facility or dispose of non-repairable pallets.
If some pallets cannot be repaired, we can make up the missing number of pallets for manufacture by selling or renting them.
If there are pallets that are surplus and you have no further use for them, we will offer to buy them from you.

We offer pallet space for rent including logistics services.
We handle complex warehouse logistics, which includes transport, pallet handling, storage by pallet type, reporting, labelling, inventory management.
If you have a surplus of pallets that you are not currently using and are unnecessarily taking up space that can be put to better use, we will arrange to have these pallets collected and transported to us, and will perform all the tasks associated with warehousing.
The rental premises are clean, secure, and the pallet deliveries can be arranged virtually the next day, as they are immediately available to you if needed.
The price quote is based on the number of pallets stored, handling, and associated administrative activities.

We offer your company the possibility of purchasing surplus or damaged pallets.
We can arrange to collect those pallets using our vehicles by mutual agreement.
We then assess the degree of wear and damage.
Depending on the quantity and the location of the purchase point, we will determine the final purchase price.
We can replace your damaged pallets with new ones.
